About the Role

• Providing administrative support to management by managing the calendars of executives and facilitating meetings, appointments, and events
• Communicating and negotiating with customers, and suppliers, receiving requests, managing the customers' database
• Communicating with the local and foreign governmental and non-governmental institutions
• Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities
• Preparing plans, reports, and budgets of the company/department, controlling their implementation
• Preparing and managing documents (orders, letters, contracts), and controlling their implementation
• Maintaining the organization’s financial records, including preparing reports on budgets and expenditures
• Preparing company/products presentations
• Maintaining and developing the company's social media profile (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook)
• Managing company events such as trade shows and conferences
• Assisting with personnel matters such as hiring new employees or terminating current employees when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or related field

  • 3+ years of successful experience in similar work in engineering or related industry

  • Excellent knowledge of English, ability to prepare documents and communicate with clients and government/business institutions in English

  • Ability to search, process and analyze information

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, content writing and presentation preparation skills

  • Excellent working skills in MS Office and a high level of social network usage: LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

  • Strong planning, report-writing, organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
